Files and metadata
The application reads files you select, drop or paste, then processes them inside a Web Worker. File bytes, filenames, metadata findings and verification hashes remain in your browser unless you download or independently share them. There is no server-side file-processing endpoint.
Clear files removes the app’s references and revokes preview/download URLs. Closing the page releases its browser session. We cannot guarantee immediate physical erasure from device memory; your browser and operating system manage that memory. Downloaded copies remain wherever you save them.
Website requests and hosting
Your browser requests the website code, fonts, images and the optional sample file from our Cloudflare-hosted domain. Like other web hosting, serving these requests involves technical information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser headers. Cloudflare may process request and security logs under its policies.
We do not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies in this release. The tool does not require a login and does not store file history in local storage. Visiting an external source link is governed by that destination’s privacy policy.
Reports and sample files
A verification report is created locally when you choose Save verification report. It includes original filenames, metadata container summaries and media hashes. Review it before sharing, because filenames can contain personal information.
The optional sample is downloaded from this site. Loading it does not upload any of your own files. It is an AI-generated illustration with demonstration metadata.
