How monthly credits work

An active paid plan provides a new allowance each billing month after payment is confirmed. One successful cloud image repair uses one credit. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period and do not roll over.

A job reserves its credit before processing. Failed or cancelled jobs return the reserved credit. A completed repair uses its credit even if you choose not to download the result. Review the image and selection before starting.

Manage your subscription

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. Use Manage billing to review your Stripe billing details and available subscription controls. Changes take effect according to the confirmation shown in the billing portal.

Returning from checkout does not itself confirm payment. This page reads your account balance and subscription status after the payment notification is received. Refresh the account if confirmation is still pending.

Recover an existing repair

The account history shows confirmed job status and credit usage. Open repair uses a new tab to restore the saved original and selection when they are still available in the same browser. It does not start a new paid job automatically.

Paid recovery drafts have a one-hour recovery window and a maximum of three per account in this browser. They survive closing the tab; free processing does not save drafts. Expired drafts are removed when the tool next accesses storage. A saved draft does not extend the lifetime of a temporary cloud output, so download completed results promptly.

What stays free

The metadata checker, metadata cleaner and local visible-watermark repair do not require an account or a subscription. Their file-size and format limits still apply.

Paid plans cover available cloud AI image repair. They do not include video reconstruction or verified SynthID removal. New paid processing can be unavailable while a provider or feature is being checked; the interface reports that state instead of accepting a job.
